What does a partnership with anybill look like?

What makes anybill different from a standard document solution?

A standard solution as a PDF does not offer any added value in addition to the warranty and tax aspects. In addition to a cost-effective and sustainable alternative to printed receipts, we see digital receipts as a new channel and touchpoint with customers. The digital receipt can help improve the stationary shopping experience and make it an omni-channel experience. Your customers thus benefit from contact options with your consumers to promote other platforms and their own ecosystem, obtain valuable customer reviews or carry out personalized cross-selling and upselling. 
Consumers, on the other hand, benefit from a better user experience, flexible storage options and product insights, as they are already used to from online shops. To ensure that the introduction of the digital receipt is a complete success for your customers and consumers, we closely support Go-Lives, provide information material for the POS and training courses.

Is anybill's digital receipt legally permitted?

The document output and document information depend, of course, on the fiscalization regulations of the respective country in which the document was issued. With us as your partner, you ensure that we comply with the regulations and that our solution is always legally compliant. In Germany, for example, there is an obligation to issue receipts. As a retailer, you fulfill this obligation digitally by either sending the document directly to an account or offering the receipt to the customer in the form of a dynamic QR code to take away. However, scanning the document by the customer is not mandatory. However, just a sticker with a static QR code is not a 100% alternative to a printed receipt.
