4 Non-accessible content

Despite our efforts, we are aware of areas that do not yet fully meet the requirements. We describe those limitations and the planned solutions below. Please let us know if you come across a barrier that is not listed here.

4.1 Alternative text for images

Some images have no alternative text or only a generic one. People using a screen reader therefore do not always learn what an image shows. We are adding and refining the alternative texts step by step. Purely decorative graphics and icons are deliberately left without alternative text.

4.2 Skip link to the main content

There is currently no skip link for bypassing the navigation. Anyone operating the website with a keyboard has to move through the menu again on every page. A skip link will be added.

4.3 Moving content and animations

On the home page, a logo bar and an alternating headline run automatically. These movements cannot currently be paused, and the system setting for reduced motion is not yet taken into account. We are working on reducing animations when that setting is active.

4.4 Sliders and carousels

The industry slider on the home page can be operated with a keyboard. On smartphones, however, the arrows are hidden and the slider can only be operated by swiping. We are looking into an alternative for small screens.

4.5 Colour contrast

Individual elements do not reach the recommended contrast ratio, in particular dimmed controls such as disabled slider arrows, as well as text in gradient colours. We are reviewing the affected areas and adjusting the colour values.

4.6 Keyboard operation and focus

Navigation, menus and forms can generally be reached with a keyboard. The focus order and the visibility of the focus indicator have not yet been fully reviewed on all pages and at all menu levels.

4.7 Links and downloads

Some links and downloads open a new window or tab without prior notice. We are marking these links progressively.

4.8 PDF documents

We provide some contract documents, service descriptions and whitepapers as PDF files. These files are not consistently built for accessibility; a tagged structure and alternative text for figures are missing, for example. If you need a document in an accessible form, we will send you the content in another format on request.

4.9 Third-party content

The cookie consent dialogue is embedded through an external service. Its appearance and operability are only partly within our control. The same applies to embedded content from external platforms.

5 Steps we are taking

Accessibility is not a one-off task for us. We have set out the following steps:

• systematically add alternative text across the website's image library
• add a skip link to the main content
• evaluate the system setting for reduced motion and reduce animations accordingly
• review and adjust the colour contrast of all controls
• review forms for labels, error messages and focus handling
• take accessibility into account from the start for new pages and components
• review the website at least once a year and after major changes

6 Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

The website is designed for use with the current versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari, on desktop and on mobile devices.

Operating the site with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack is generally possible, but has not yet been tested systematically. Older browser versions or disabled JavaScript support may lead to limitations.

7 Technical specifications

The accessibility of this website relies on the interplay between your web browser and the assistive technology installed on your device. The following are used:

• WAI-ARIA

Navigation, sliders and tabs require JavaScript to be enabled.

10 Preparation and currency of this statement

This statement was prepared on 14 August 2026 and refers to the state of the website published at that time.

It is based on a self-assessment by anybill GmbH, drawing on a manual review of selected pages and components and a technical review of page structure, image information, controls and embedded code.

We update this statement as soon as barriers have been removed or the state of the website changes significantly, and at least once a year.
