Bauvista + anybill

Bauvista ist eine große Einkaufskooperation für Baumärkte und Baustoffhändler in Deutschland. Sie bündelt Branchennachfrage und Verhandlungsstärke, um Mitgliedern zentral verbesserte Konditionen, Services und IT-Lösungen zu bieten  .

Im Bereich EDI-Service setzt Bauvista auf effiziente, cloudbasierte Datenkommunikation. Anbieter wie TrueCommerce unterstützen Lieferanten dabei, Bestellungen, Rechnungen und Lieferinformationen digital und fehlerfrei auszutauschen  .

In Kooperation mit anybill würde Bauvista es ermöglichen, digitale Kassenbons standardisiert in die bestehende Schnittstellen- und Dokumenteninfrastruktur seiner Händler zu integrieren. Das schafft transparente Prozesse entlang der gesamten Supply Chain – vom POS bis zum ERP –, spart manuelle Aufwände und bringt digitale Effizienz in die Baustofflogistik.

Working with anybill

Bauvista is a major purchasing cooperative for DIY stores and building-materials retailers in Germany. It pools demand, terms, services and IT solutions. The existing text puts the anybill side in the conditional: Bauvista would be able to take digital receipts into members’ interface and document infrastructure in a standard way. No live rollout is claimed. Bauvista stays the cooperative; anybill stays the receipt service.

For EDI, Bauvista uses cloud-based data communication; TrueCommerce helps suppliers exchange orders, invoices and delivery data digitally. Into that infrastructure the digital receipt could sit as a further document – from POS to ERP. Teams can review that without replacing EDI or TrueCommerce.

Who this is for

This is for member businesses of the cooperative: DIY stores and building-materials retailers in Germany that use central terms and IT solutions. Anyone already exchanging orders and invoices via the EDI service can place a standardized digital receipt on the same document path.

Suppliers that use TrueCommerce for error-free data exchange, and retailers linked from POS to ERP, can also discuss anybill as an option in the cooperative IT. The audience remains the building-materials and DIY line, not an unrelated chain without Bauvista membership.

Value in brick-and-mortar retail

In the DIY store or builders’ merchant the digital receipt cuts manual work and thermal paper while Bauvista continues to pool terms, EDI and cloud communication. Transparent processes along the supply chain – from POS to ERP – remain the source’s aim. That would bring digital efficiency into building-materials logistics, under GDPR, and without selling the purchasing cooperative as a cash-register vendor.
