Working with anybill

Since 1990 GCOM Computer + Cash Systems has been the partner for tailor-made cash register systems and computer technology – from advice through on-time delivery. Retailers that source hardware and setup from GCOM can add the digital receipt from anybill on the delivered till: advice, delivery and service stay with GCOM, and the receipt does not have to exist only on a paper roll. This does not claim a certified live integration; the digital receipt can be added once commissioning plans for it.

When service is needed, GCOM is reachable by telephone on T. 034345 80010, on site or via remote maintenance. anybill sits on the receipt, not in remote access: the digital receipt becomes an opt-in touchpoint after the purchase. Businesses can use Purchase Intelligence and the POS Data Layer from anybill to reuse transactions under GDPR – alongside GCOM’s end-to-end service, without replacing computer technology or the delivery chain.

Who this is for

This is relevant for retail and hospitality sites that expect tailor-made cash register systems from GCOM Computer + Cash Systems and want everything from a single source. Teams that need advice, on-time delivery and later phone, on-site or remote maintenance can plan anybill as a digital receipt path on that same till. The audience is brick-and-mortar teams that want hardware service and a paperless receipt in one setup.

Value in brick-and-mortar retail

At the shop till that means the technology GCOM delivered stays the base, while the receipt still does not have to come from thermal paper. Fewer paper rolls, a document that stays readable after the customer leaves, and an extra contact point after payment. GCOM remains the contact since 1990 for POS and computer technology; anybill can document the same purchase digitally. Floor teams keep their specialist dealer, customers keep the receipt – without invented metrics.
