HubSpot + anybill

CRM platform for marketing, sales, service and content, built on a shared contact and data foundation.
Zur Website des Partners

HubSpot is a CRM platform for marketing, sales, customer service, content and operations. The individual hubs sit on a shared contact and data foundation, so campaigns, deals, tickets and website content all draw on the same record. On top of that come workflows and automation, reporting dashboards and AI features for content, research and analysis. Third-party systems can be connected through an open app marketplace and APIs. HubSpot is used above all by small and mid-sized companies and mid-market teams, often as the central system for all customer communication.

Working with anybill

HubSpot runs the customer relationship, anybill sits on the purchase receipt. Retailers using HubSpot as their CRM can add the digital receipt as an extra channel after the purchase. HubSpot stays the system for contacts, campaigns and pipeline, anybill stays the service for the digital receipt. No certified live connector is claimed here.

The point of connection is the contact record. Opens, forms, deals and tickets all come together in HubSpot, while the in-store purchase is usually missing. anybill can supply first-party data from the store purchase that sits beside those activities and feeds workflows and segments. Automation, reporting and pipeline logic stay on the HubSpot side.

Who this is for

The combination is relevant for retailers and brands running HubSpot as their central CRM while also selling in store. Anyone tracking online enquiries properly but knowing nothing about the purchase in the shop has a gap in the contact record at exactly the point where revenue happens.

It also speaks to businesses with a shop or showroom, such as specialist retail and workshops, that already handle quotes, orders and service in HubSpot. The audience stays sales with an own till rather than the pure online business.

Value in brick-and-mortar retail

In the store the digital receipt cuts paper at the till and makes the purchase visible in the CRM instead of letting it end on thermal paper. For HubSpot users that means sharper lists and workflows: who bought what can trigger follow-ups, service reminders or reactivation. At the point of sale it also creates an opt-in touchpoint, GDPR-compliant and without replacing the CRM.
