Gerhard Kokeisl is showing the way: At his electric bicycle shop gerrystrom in Perchtoldsdorf, there are now digital receipts. Together with the software company ETRON and anybill's app technology, it is now possible to receive digital receipts directly at the cash register in real time at gerrystrom. gerrystrom is considered one of the first retailers in Vienna to use the innovative and sustainable solution for the chaos of notes from anybill in a store. In order to be able to receive the digital receipt in Gerhard Kokeisl's shop (pictured on the left), customers can use the free app Download from anybill in the App Store and Google Play Store. As a result, nothing stands in the way of digital receipt of documents. The future of the receipt is digital. True to the ANYBILL motto: “Adiós chaos of notes. Hi anybill. “Together, ETRON and anybill offer various options for issuing the document digitally, all of which are legally compliant. Gerhard Kokeisl: “My customers also benefit from other smart functions, such as warranty management, which is particularly useful in the case of electric bikes.” In addition to warranty management, anybill technology also offers the management of their own expenses and the opportunity for retailers to get in touch with the customer. The anybill solution is therefore intended to offer retailers and customers as much added value as possible with as few touchpoints as necessary. The managing director, Markus Zoglauer (right in the picture), from ETRON adds: “This novel system not only saves paper, but also offers another additional benefit: trees are donated worldwide for every electronically issued receipt. The tree tracker in the ANYBILL app gives customers an optimal overview of their activity as an environmentally conscious buyer. “We are pleased that anybill technology is being used in Austria together with our POS provider partner ETRON. anybill stands for partnerships — because we are convinced that we are better together.
