Your unknown customer scans the receipt at the checkout and thus reaches our highly converting receipt receipt website on their mobile devices.
2. Save receipt in the app
The customer sees the preview of the digital cash receipt in the browser and is given the option to save this receipt in the retailer app. If he hasn't downloaded it yet, he will be redirected to the app store.
3. From download to known customer
As soon as the customer has downloaded the app and registered with the retailer's loyalty program, they will find their receipt in the app. He now has the option to link his payment card to his customer account.
4. Automatically connected
From now on, he automatically receives the receipt in his app as soon as he pays with the card or scans his customer card at the cash register.
