GLOBUS now offers meinGlobus customers the option to receive their purchase receipts digitally in participating GLOBUS hypermarkets. The high registration rate for this additional meinGlobus service shows that the digital receipt is exactly the service that meets customer demands: 30,266 meinGlobus customers registered for the digital receipt within the first week. In addition to a 20% increase in app downloads, the number of active app users tripled on the launch day of this additional digital customer service. "Many of our customers want a paperless alternative for environmental reasons. We are now meeting this request and are pleased to have an experienced partner like anybill by our side," says Thomas Hewer, Spokesman of the Management Board of GLOBUS Markthallen. "Besides resource conservation, this service will provide our customers with more security and transparency in managing, viewing, and storing their receipts in the future."
