Challenge
Receipts play a central role, especially in the fashion industry. The reason: no other sector sees such frequent use of exchange and return policies. Issuing traditional paper receipts carries a high potential for problems. Printed receipts can be lost or become illegible over time, complicating the exchange or return process and leading to increased time spent at the checkout.
Solution
anybill's digital receipt addresses both issues: it can neither become illegible nor get lost, as customers always have it on their smartphone. Simply scanning the QR code on the digital receipt is enough to easily initiate and complete the return, avoiding discussions and longer waiting times at the checkout. Furthermore, customizable content areas can be placed on the digital receipt. These can be used, for example, to display discount coupons or offers, enabling a completely new form of customer communication.
