Gerhard Kokeisl is leading the way: his e-bike store gerrystrom in Perchtoldsdorf now offers digital receipts. Together with the software company ETRON and anybill's app technology, it is now possible to receive digital receipts at gerrystrom in real time, right at the checkout. gerrystrom is regarded as one of the first retailers in Vienna to use anybill's innovative and sustainable answer to paper receipt chaos in a store. To receive digital receipts in Gerhard Kokeisl's store (pictured left), customers can download the free anybill app from the App Store or Google Play Store. After that, nothing stands in the way of receiving receipts digitally. The future of the paper receipt is digital – true to the anybill motto: “Adiós paper chaos. Hello anybill.” Together, ETRON and anybill offer several ways to issue receipts digitally, all of them legally compliant. Gerhard Kokeisl: “My customers also benefit from further smart functions, such as warranty management, which makes particular sense for e-bikes.” Alongside warranty management, the anybill technology also offers personal expense management and gives retailers a way to get in touch with their customers. anybill's solution is designed to offer retailers and customers as much added value as possible with as few touchpoints as necessary. ETRON's managing director Markus Zoglauer (pictured right) adds: “With this novel system, not only can paper be saved – it offers a further benefit: for every electronically issued receipt, trees are donated worldwide together with the ‘Trillion Tree Campaign’. The tree tracker in the anybill app gives customers an ideal overview of their activity as environmentally conscious shoppers.” We are delighted that the anybill technology is being used in Austria together with our POS provider partner ETRON. anybill stands for partnerships – because we are convinced that we are better together.
