Mannheim/Munich, July 21, 2025 – Minera Mineralöl GmbH now offers digital receipts at selected fuel stations. The new solution was implemented in collaboration with technology partner anybill and via the existing integration with MADIC Deutschland GmbH. The focus is on reducing paper and operational costs as well as relieving customer service through the digital Receipt Finder.
Digital receipts reduce service workload and cut costs
“We wanted a solution that would make our processes more efficient without adding extra work for our staff or customers. With the digital receipt and Receipt Finder from anybill, we’ve achieved exactly that,” says Ulrich Gutting, Managing Director of Minera Mineralöl GmbH.
“We save thermal paper, reduce our costs, and noticeably ease the workload of our customer service.”
Customers who pay by card can access their receipt online anytime and from anywhere via the Receipt Finder, a web-based service tool from anybill. The retrieval is based on transaction details (location, amount, date, last four digits of the card number) and works without an app or registration. This ensures both data security and user-friendliness.
Easy implementation via existing system integration
The technical implementation is based on the existing integration with MADIC, Minera’s long-standing partner for POS technology. This allowed the new service to be rolled out quickly and without complex system adjustments.
